My daily tracker update will also include my own personal 90 tracker that you guys can follow with on my website .


Also here are some pictures of things from my day.


Here is some of my food from eating clean,

Chapli Kebab with side of freshly cut juicy tomatoes, crunchy cucumber and lettuce.



Here is also a picture from under movement ,

This gorgeous tree...with all these beautiful leaves growing all over the bark.


Will do a post explaining how I organize this and how you can make one that would be specifically for your goals.
