Anti Inflammatory Check in : Anytime you haven't written in your journal for a while, the first thing that happens when you start again is....

woah all the new updates. Today I want to share with you guys that Im on day 6 of no artifical sugar .... and its been full of migranes. I think I did my best to reduce as much as I could comfortably to help make the no sugar weeks more bearable but unfortunately ... Migraines are here no matter what and apparently there is no way around them when you are doing a sugar free diet. However what is making all this worth it is seeing the reduction of inflammation in my face ! Woah - Hello Water Retention. I will try to do another check in later- But its noon- and I wanted to clear off my list of things that I need to do and one of them, was this journal entry. Caio Bellas Fai Fai
