Day 11: When Life Piles On: A Reminder to Get Back Up

The last couple of days have been a whirlwind.

You know those seasons where everything feels like it’s hitting you at once? That’s where I’ve been lately — like one thing stacks on top of the other, and suddenly, you’re just... drowning. Overwhelmed. Spinning.

And that’s exactly when we have to remember the one thing that matters most: getting back up.

It’s Not About Never Falling — It’s About Rising Every Time

This post isn’t long. I won’t pretend to have it all figured out. But I’m learning — and maybe you are too — that it’s not about how many times we fall off the wagon, miss a goal, or eat the sugar we swore off.

What matters is that we keep getting back up.

With anything in life — healing, business, relationships, or even this anti-inflammatory lifestyle I’m tracking — the only true key is time, consistency, and showing up, again and again. Experience shapes results. Yes, luck sometimes helps... but perseverance? That’s the real secret.

My 90-Day Tracker: What’s Actually Helping

I’m around Day 11 of this 90-day anti-inflammatory lifestyle journey — and no, it hasn’t been perfect.

But here’s what is working: the daily tracker.Even when I don’t hit every goal, the act of sitting down, writing it out, and holding myself accountable has been grounding. It's like a breadcrumb trail guiding me back to center.

Some days, that’s all I need to stay aligned.

Progress, Not Perfection (Always)

So here’s today’s truth:I still had sugar. But I also slept well, woke up early, and made it to heated mat Pilates.

I’m not proud of every choice. But I am proud I’m still choosing.

And if I believe in anything, it’s this: Dust yourself off. Try again. Every single day.
