I'm gonna use this website for the next 90 days to keep you girls up to date on my tracker.
Im going to focus on a key few areas in my habit building system- where I provide myself a new cue to break the cycle of an existing bad habit.
If you have read the book The Power of Habit.
You will quickly start to see a similar pattern.

All in the science of how your brain responds to certain patterns. Once you break those existing patterns by inserting a new cue'
Which I will share tomorrow throughout the next ninety days on this website.
The first pattern I'm focusing on breaking is'
Not wearing sunscreen.
We do all this skincare regime- 9 step systems...
But then we forget sunscreen...
The part that is most crucial in all skincare steps if you are trying to heal from hyper pigmentation.
So please in your 90 day tracker.
Under Skin Care for your 90 day tracker.
Whatever your Ultimate goals are.
You must add SPF as a part of your skin care routine- especially if you are doing retinol in any way shape or form.

Under movement today we have-
Deep stretch-
Light floor pilates
I didn't foam roll...
But I shall try tomorrow
SKIN CARE:
I did do sauna for about 10 minutes.
Anyways I want to include some pictures now before I clock out for bed.
