Day 6: Reduce Anxiety Induced Inflammation : Get Out Of Bed.

Sunrise is so early now a days, that I basically barely make it, when I do , its honestly on my way to the bathroom in the morning.


Its the best advice I have for anyone that I wants to not die of Bed Rot.


Because seriously we are going to die of bed rot... TikTok...just ...the algorithm knows me too well .


That leads at least an extra 30 minutes in bed scrolling without realizing it.


Today was Eid...


And how Im improving my day to day' waking up early and being able to maximize my time during the day- to get all my to do tasks completed on my tracker....


I can't even afford to spend 5 minutes in bed .


I need that 5 minutes for skincare or like... making Adam French Toast for Breakfast.


So to live a truly anti Inflammatory lifestyle-

Part of my goal includes not to increase my own anxiety by feeling like...


I wasted time that I could have used alot better.


Anxiety increases my inflammation and this type of stress really just pisses me off in the end because ... its self inflicted .


Anyways today's journal post is pretty simple and sweet.


Today I was able to make it to my gym class'

Practice Eid- complete some edits that needed to be sorted for Work ...


I didnt feel like I was chasing the clock ...

And you know what I love that.

I loved not feeling like I was late for every part of my own life.



Okay will update you guys later with my Tracker.


And now I will enjoy a walk in nature.
