VITAMINS: Iron X Vitamin D Welcome to this beautiful and sunny day, Tuesday June 3rd, also bring us to our attention to the fact that sleep is so important.
Again, when you are on any sort of health and wellness.
Today I was awoken at like 5 am, because my mom woke up for prayer and accidently dropped something in the bathroom , and that was it, I was awake.
I wish I had just gotten out of bed, but I didn't, instead I stayed in bed, promising myself that I was going to fall back asleep any minute... and nope.
So giving you a quick run down of my day, I slept terrible and woke up late, and then made Adam ( my 10 year old sweet little boy) some delicious french toast, how do I know? Well I failed super early today and had that sweet ... addicting and ... debilitating taste of sugar in the moment when I mindlessly checked his food to make sure I cooked it right. The trick with sugar is... one taste and thats all it takes to fall off track for me, and for someone reason, one taste and its game over for me. I feel like Ive spoiled my entire day. This is a personal struggle that I have to work on, and remind myself that just one misstep doesnt mean entire failure, and then stop self sabbotaging myself for the rest of the day. I finally make it to the studio after dropping Adam off at school...late- what a disaster. Anyways- I rectified some of my terrible mood and behavior by rushing over to pilates, and making it to my noon class...about 2 mins late...and then realizing I didnt have water, and then being a total of 7 mins late...but I made it. Well the good part is, I made it through class, the bad part is barely. I was happy to be surrounded by Pilates Princesses, I love that energy and vibe... its feeds off each other. That positive girl energy.

I think something that is going to be game changing for me... is.... intermittent fasting . Il start experimenting with that.
I also enjoyed a dopamine hit by picking up fresh orange juice for Adams teacher. I grabbed the juice from longos today. Its the only place I can find Fresh Orange in this town.

Ive noticed my new skin care routine is really brightening my face up. Ive been using a Thayers Toner witch hazel toner, and Ive been using a Germaine de Capuccini vitamin C. Its actually really cool because the Germaine de Capuccini vitamin C , has a mechnisim that doesnt allow it to mix active ingreidents until you are ready to use it for the first time. It stays most potent for 20 days after that initial activation. Okay thats all from me today, Here are some pictures from the day, Including my tracker.

But its almost bed time here
I promised myself I will be alseep in bed by 930pm today.
